NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Barracudas Head Coach Camron Bruney says he expects for his club to hold on to the same position they had during last year’s National Swimming Championships.

Last year, the club placed second with 1,501 points.

I also asked Coach Bruney about the importance of mental health for his swimmers.

“I think the mental side is more important than the physical side, once you have your mental right you’re gonna be able to perform and thats the edge some people have on each other,” he said.

Barracudas also has several senior swimmers in the club, including Olympian Rhanishka Gibbs. Bruney spoke about having those senior swimmers back for the big meet.
