NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas National Trust’s renowned Cuban Pig Roast fundraiser is back next month, and this time they’re looking to build a new welcome center for one of their Exuma parks.

The Bahamas National Trust’s Executive Director, Lakeshia Anderson-Rolle, tells us previous funds raised by the pig roast have gone toward park infrastructure, research, and educational programs.

But, this year has a new target.

Fundraising for the Development of a New Welcome Center for Moriah Harbour Cay National Park on mainland Exuma.

And, the executive director tells us they’re well on the way to their goal between government assistance and a list of longtime supportive sponsors.

And, this year’s Cuban Pig roast at the palms promises the same fun and more that the event is known for.

Tickets are $250, sponsor rates are available for tickets in bulk, and you can find more information and purchase tickets at www.bnt.bs/pigroast2023/.
