British Virgin Islands Reveals New Immigration Policy Draft
BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS – The British Virgin Islands government has released the final draft of its new immigration policy for public consultation. Under the plan, applicants need 10 years of ordinary residence for permanent residence and 20 years for be-longer status.
