Cable Bahamas VP Says Hinsbey Loved By All

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the murder of Marcus Hinsbey. The British expat was found dead in his western New Providence condominium on Monday. We spoke to one of his fellow Cable Bahamas Group of Companies coworkers.

That’s Vice President of Cable Bahamas Business Solutions Charnette Thompson describing the co-worker she says was loved by all.

Hinsbey, who is a property manager for the gated Venito Condos on Atlantic Drive, was found dead inside his home. Police discovered his lifeless body after being alerted by concerned co-workers.

Thompson says Hinsbey missed a few meetings on Monday morning which was suspicious and that is when the company decided to conduct a wellness check.

The Cable Bahamas VP admitting that the tragic incident has affected employees.

Thompson says Marcus Hinsbey began his journey in The Bahamas 40 years ago and first worked with Digital Systems Bahamas Ltd, which provided computer systems for government agencies in the 90’s.

She says Hinsbey then became a part of a company called, Bahamas Online and Systems Resource Group which was later acquired by Cable Bahamas.

The VP of Business Solutions says over the years, Hinsbey has touched the lives of many throughout the information and communication technology community.
