Caribbean Escapes U.S. Shipping Fees

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Caribbean has managed to escape U.S. shipping fees as the United States Trade Representative has decided to exempt the Caribbean from new fees on Chinese-built and Chinese-owned shipping vessels.
