NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors have dismissed a case against a man who was accused of murder four years ago.

The case against Anthony Enelus ended without a trial after prosecutors entered a nolle prosequi.

Enelus was accused of the Janaury 5, murder of 20-year-old Carlyle Johnson.

He was killed during a drive-by shooting in Montell Heights.
