CCJ Welcomes St. Lucia As Full Member

St. Lucia – St. Lucia has been welcomed as a full member of the Caribbean Court of Justice CCJ.

ST. LUCIA – St. Lucia has been welcomed as a full member of the Caribbean Court of Justice CCJ. The regional court was established in 2001 to replace the London-based Privy Council as the Caribbean’s final court.

In a statement Tuesday CCJ President Justice Adrian Saunders, welcomed St. Lucia which now becomes the fifth Caribbean community country, joining Barbados, Dominica, Belize and Guyana, in becoming a full member of the CCJ.
