NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This Sunday, fathers across the country will be celebrated so we spoke to residents about how they plan to spend the special day with their dads.

Every third Sunday in June, fathers and father figures across the globe are honored and here in The Bahamas whether it’s dining on that famous crab and rice dish or spending time with family, Bahamian dads will be celebrated in their own unique way.

These residents shared what makes their dad special.

But what does it mean to be a great father?

These fathers and now grandfathers share how they plan on spending their special day.

While some super fathers have traded in their earthly cape for heavenly wings, these residents are still find joy in the day by remembering dad.
