NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The practice of renting taxi license plates may be coming to an end, as the Ministry of Transport and Housing moves to bring “long overdue changes” to the distribution of taxi plates.

Kenyatta Nairn says he agrees with the move to end the practice of renting plates, however, he says he hopes more regulation of the industry will follow.
