NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Chaplaincy Department at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force is looking to expand its reach by training sub-chaplains in the organisation.

RBDF Chaplain Raymond Wells says the plan is to have them out to sea and at sub-bases.

The officers will undergo a two-day training session which started today.

The training session will be conducted by frontline chaplains international.

Trainees will discuss topics like depression, trauma, and disaster response.
