NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Since 2021, climate change has been at the forefront of speeches made by Prime Minister Philip Davis and his Barbadian counterpart Mia Mottley.

No doubt, when the two come together in a few days with other CARICOM leaders, for the 44th Heads of Government Meeting, climate change will be still be issue number one on the agenda.
