GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Most of the Grand Bahamians left home and are now returning for the comeback through Celebration Key.

And these managers aren’t just filling roles, they’re building teams, shaping guest experiences, and leading the day-to-day operations at Celebration Key.

Senior Operations Manager, Dominque Pinder, calls it a movement.

From logistics to lifestyle, Assistant General Manager, Brandon Culmer, says the scope is massive, and he’s grateful for the chance to lead right here at home.

And for employees like Lifestyle Manager, Van Rolle Junior, and Assistant Supply Chain Manager, Shenece Fawkes, this moment represents more than a paycheck.

Operations Manager, Justin Dittmar, who spent over a decade with Carnival Corporation in Eleuthera, says this chapter is special, while these other managers say their work is just beginning. But every decision, every hire, every step is made with Bahamians in mind.

And with a strong Bahamian team, many of them returning home, safety is top priority at Celebration Key.
Assistant Manager, Arthurea Outten, and Manager, Garelle Hudson, are leading that charge.
