COP: 27 Percent Drop in Officer Complaints
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander reporting a 27% decrease in complaints against police officers going from 234 reports in 2021 to 170 cases in 2022.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander reporting a 27% decrease in complaints against police officers going from 234 reports in 2021 to 170 cases in 2022.
Of that figure, he said 106 are still being actively investigated, 21 were withdrawn and 28 were unfounded.
Police involved shooting also decreased.
