Court Of Appeal Doing Well On Keeping Case Log Current, Says President
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s been a year since Justice Milton Evans was appointed president of the Court of Appeal.
Shortly after taking up the post last January, he made it clear the court would not tolerate casual adjournments or unnecessary delays.
