Eric Fox and Terneille Burrows are not shy about speaking up about crime.

So what were their views on police arranging a meeting between gang leaders over the weekend? Fox, who is the Executive Director of Teen Challenge Bahamas, is praising the move.

With that meeting not going as planned, both Burrows and Fox say there are different ways to reach these gang members.
