NASSAU, BAHAMAS – One Bahamian company is calling on the community to get cute for the cause, with its breast cancer awareness month-themed roses collection. The best part is all profits will go directly to the Bahamas Cancer Society.

The limited-edition rose collection is back for the second year, encouraging women to get “Cute for the Cause”, where all profits from this years’ collection will be donated to the Bahamas Cancer Society.

The collaboration between the Fitness Connection’s Fitchix line and Bowflex Barbie fitness instructor and influencer, Dekel Quant has deep sentimental roots.

The all-Bahamian business and team say they also tried to make the collection more inclusive for different body types.

And that body positive choice has already reflected with pieces flying off the racks. When Our News asked about getting a jacket in a particular size, we were told it was already sold out in Nassau, and Freeport. Quant has high hopes for the fundraising, hoping to raise $1,500 for the Bahamas Cancer Society by the end of the month, and there’s more than one way to support that goal. Quant is also hosting a fitness event this weekend, called Fit for the Fight.
