THE BAHAMAS – A Disney cruise turned dramatic near Bahamian waters when a young girl reportedly fell overboard and her father jumped in after her.
THE BAHAMAS – A Disney cruise turned dramatic near Bahamian waters when a young girl reportedly fell overboard and her father jumped in after her.
Crew aboard the Disney Dream sprang into action Sunday, rescuing both within minutes as the ship returned to Fort Lauderdale from The Bahamas.
Passengers say an alert went out over the loudspeaker, and many caught the rescue on video.
Disney praised its team, calling it a powerful example of their safety protocols in action.
The coast guard has not yet commented.
