NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Erin Brown is a disability inclusion consultant and the Director of the University of The Bahamas’ Office of Disabilities and Compliance.

She says she’s hopeful that with the collaboration between the International Labour Organization there will be more opportunities for the vital disaggregated data needed to help boost the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace.

Brown says she was thrilled by the inclusion of people with disabilities in last year’s PS-PEP program, but says there’s still room for it to make an even greater impact.
