More than 54-percent of people in the Caribbean region have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, but The Bahamas is still falling short of that milestone. Case numbers are low locally, but a Bahamian doctor working in the United States is encouraging Bahamians to get vaccinated and boosted as soon as they can.
