DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – Authorities in the Dominican Republic now assessing damage caused by Tropical Storm Franklin. The storm caused heavy flooding that killed at least two people and left one missing.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – Authorities in the Dominican Republic now assessing damage caused by Tropical Storm Franklin. The storm caused heavy flooding that killed at least two people and left one missing.

Government figures show more than 670 homes were affected.

Crews evacuated more than 3,300 people and another 352 residents are said to be in government shelters.
