Drug Smuggling Attempt Thwarted In St. Kitts & Nevis

ST. KITTS & NEVIS – Customs officers at the Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and Nevis say a routine cargo check netted 37 small packages containing marijuana.

ST. KITTS & NEVIS – Customs officers at the Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport in St. Kitts and Nevis say a routine cargo check netted 37 small packages containing marijuana.

They say the drugs were found inside three milkshake containers.

The suspected contraband was subsequently taken into police custody.

Investigations are said to be ongoing.
