UNITED STATES – VJ Edgecombe has officially arrived on the NBA postseason stage.

He made his NBA postseason debut as the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Orlando Magic 109–93 in the SoFi Play-In, officially punching their ticket to the Eastern Conference playoffs as the 7th seed.

Edgecombe finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds in the win.

Up next: a first-round series against the Boston Celtics, with Game 1 set for Sunday at 1 p.m. at TD Garden.

Edgecombe’s postseason journey begins with a full-circle moment.

He previously dominated Boston with a 34-point performance in his record-setting debut, and across four regular-season meetings averaged 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists while shooting over 41 percent from three-point range.

The season series finished tied 2–2, with the first three matchups decided by just one, one, and two points.

Soccer

The Lyford Cay Dragons are the most dominant soccer program in the BAISS.

The Dragons won three of four BAISS Division titles this week at the Roscow Davis Soccer Fields.

The senior girls defeated the QC Comets 2–1, the senior boys defeated Windsor School 2–1, and the junior boys defeated the Comets 4–0.

Windsor prevented a full Dragons sweep of all divisions when their junior girls defeated the Comets 2–1.
