Eleuthera Man Denied Bail In Child Indecent Assault Case
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 31-year-old Eleuthera man is facing an indecent assault charge after prosecutors say he rubbed a child’s breasts.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 31-year-old Eleuthera man is facing an indecent assault charge after prosecutors say he rubbed a child’s breasts.
Arthur Nixon allegedly committed the crime against a nine-year-old girl when he
visited her home in New Providence on January 9.
Nixon was not required to enter a plea to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Lennox Coleby.
Bail was denied and the matter was adjourned to March 16 for the presentation of voluntary bill of indictment papers.
