Eleuthera Teen Pleads Not Guilty To Killing Brother
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A teen accused of murdering his older brother has pleaded not guilty.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A teen accused of murdering his older brother has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors allege that the 15-year-old fatally stabbed Topaz Baillou on March 21.
The teen denied the accusation when he appeared before Justice Gregory Hilton.
His trial has been assigned to Justice Joyann Ferguson.
The teen, who’s free on bail, returns to court on September 18 to get a trial date.
