NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They say business and family don’t always mix, but when that business is faith-based, it may just improve the odds.

Encourage Me Up, Inspiration on a String, literally started as inspiration on a string. 

26-year-old Jhanae Winter says it all started when her mother noticed a little girl with a balloon tied to her wrist. Suddenly, her mother heard a voice telling her to look up. 

But what exactly Encourages Me Up all about?

Winter says the reception has been extremely encouraging as the community was pretty excited about the unique gift option.

And despite the cliches about working with family, she says so far the journey has been smooth.
