NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 29-year-old ex-convict was sent back to prison for one year after using a forged police record to obtain a tourism ID that would make him eligible to work at Nassau Cruise Port.

Alando Williams was arrested on April 16 after he presented two fraudulent police records to a tourism official, which showed he had no convictions.

Williams, who appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans, pleaded guilty to all charges.
