NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The fatal shooting of three suspects in 2020 has been ruled justifiable by a coroner’s jury.

Deshoan “Spider” Smith, Rashad “Ryder” Clarke and Jared “Dogbite” Ford were killed on June 13, 2020 after shots were fired at police.

Inspector Alcott Forbes, Constable 3825 Courtney Hall and Constable 3731 Kevin Greenslade were on patrol when they saw a white heavily-tinted Honda Accord parked in the Spikenard Cemetery.

When the officers approached the car, it drove off. A short time later, the officers saw the same car through a side corner on Cowpen Road.

As an officer, approached the driver’s side of the car, gunshots were allegedly fired from the back seat.

The officers returned fire, killing all of the men in the vehicle.

Police recovered a firearm from the car.
