NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This October Baha Mar will be hosting their second Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival. Top Bahamian and international chefs will come together for an exciting, entertaining, and delicious event that allows you to interact with your favorite chefs. I got a chance to do just that with Chef Marcus Samuelsson. Let’s just say, he was impressed.

And now that I’ve earned chef’s approval, it was time to begin the dishes: couscous stuffed lobster and couscous with corn and fresh grouper.

As our dishes come together, Chef Marcus is inviting you to come out to Baha Mar’s Culinary and Arts Festival that will feature top Bahamian chefs like our Chef Simeon Hall Jr., between October 27th through the 29th.

Chef Hall will also be hosting a class during the weekend.
