Chairman of the Progressive Liberal Party, Fred Mitchell, releases a video message on Wednesday describing the Free National Movement as a desperate organization, as the FNM and COI calls out recent discrepancies in the voter register, like erroneous birth dates, absent names, and the names of deceased voters on the register.
