GRAND BAHAMA – Michael Pintard says government claimed that they’ve collected 120 million dollars for the sale of the Grand Lucayan Resort, yet months later, the project appears stalled.

And then there’s the international airport.

Meantime, Member of Parliament for East Grand Bahama Kwasi Thompson doubling down that enough is enough and that the island is in fact, in trouble.

From West Grand Bahama to East Grand Bahama and all areas in between, Thompson says while the resort is not the only challenge on the island, it is one of the biggest.

Thompson also asserting that unemployment, particularly among young people, remains too high.

He adds that first time in the country’s history, there is a chance to have a prime minister from Grand Bahama.
