NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Opposition is calling for an extension to the Special Economic Recovery Zone set up for the Dorian recovery period.

Member of Parliament for East Grand Bahama Senator Kwasi Thompson says many residents are still recovering from Dorian and hurricane Nicole is yet another setback.

Member of Parliament Iram Lewis also weighing in on the SERZ order extension, begging government to examine whether Grand Bahama and Abaco have sufficiently recovered from Dorian?
