NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Despite the recent noticeable contention within the political party, will the Free National Movement be settled and able to seriously contest the next general election?

That’s the question we posed to FNM leader, Michael Pintard who says the FNM is exceptionally optimistic about the 2026 general election.

But, what is the FNM doing differently under the new leadership? Pintard says the party is ensuring it strengthens its associations.

Now, in recent time, the FNM has come under fire, this as two former FNM MPs are facing corruption charges before the courts.

But, Pintard says the government should equally apply the law.
