FOCOL Holdings Limited Appoints Anton A. Saunders to Board of Directors

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – FOCOL Holdings Limited announces the appointment of Anton A. Saunders to its Board of Directors, effective September 10.

The release reads:

Mr. Saunders is President and Chief Executive Officer of RoyalStar Assurance Ltd., where he oversees strategy, financial performance, risk and governance. His appointment adds significant executive and financial depth to FOCOL’s Board as the Group continues to strengthen its role as a leading energy company serving The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands.

Mr. Saunders has held senior financial leadership roles at RoyalStar Assurance Ltd. and Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (Bahamas) Limited, with regional experience across the Latin America and Caribbean operations of Royal & Sun Alliance.

He has also served in national and corporate governance roles, including Chairman of the National Insurance Board, Chairman of the Water & Sewerage Corporation and Director of Arawak Port Development Limited.

Mr. Saunders is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, from Florida State University.
