GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Grand Bahama Port Authority is preparing for Nicole. Representing the Grand Bahama Port Authority and the Grand Bahama Utility Company Philcher Grant-Adderly said teams are busy working to ensure the storm response plan is ready to go.
