NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It is Colon Cancer Awareness month, which means it is almost time for the Second Annual Get Your Rear in Gear Bahamas 5k Fun, Run Walk.

The event takes place on Saturday, March 11th on Goodman’s Bay Park, beginning at 6:30am. 

Local Director, of Get Your Rear in Gear, Emily Darville says the goal is to promote awareness, and encourage screening, in hopes of decreasing the number of Bahamians being diagnosed with colon cancer annually.
