NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s the event I was personally waiting for, Jerk Jam highlights the spices from around the Caribbean. 

From jerk pork, to jerk ribs, to jerk octopus and of course, you can’t forget jerk chicken. 

We also tasted the flavors of Atlantis’ new restaurant set to open soon – Field Trip. 

Culinary celebrity JJ Johnson is head chef and owner of the restaurant. He also hosted Jerk Jam. He told us what we can expect 

Now the highlight of this particular event was the performance by Wyclef Jean. 

The Grammy award-winning artist kept us entertained for an electrifying two hours. 

There was not one motionless body in the crowd as we were captivated by music that influences a global culture.
