NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Davis administration is preparing to sign a long-awaited Heads of Agreement with the Chinese EXIM Bank next week, marking the final step before construction begins on the country’s newest major healthcare facility, according to Health Minister Dr. Michael Darville.
