Guyana And Venezuela Agree Not To Use Force

ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES – Leaders of Guyana and Venezuela concluded peace talks in St. Vincent and The Grenadines Thursday, agreeing both countries will not directly or indirectly threaten or use force against each other in any circumstances.
