GUYANA – Guyana is expected to exceed one million barrels of oil production per day by the end of 2026, as the government intensifies its call for citizens and businesses to position themselves to benefit from expanding opportunities across the oil and gas sector and the wider economy.

Senior Minister within the Office of the President with responsibility for Finance, Dr. Ashni Singh, noted that the country’s oil production has grown rapidly since 2019 and is expected to continue expanding significantly.
