Our News spoke to gym staff on New Providence for an insider’s view of the annual rush.
Augusto Schaffer has been the manager of Club One gym in Sandyport for the past three years. He says a busy season begins in January that starts to trail off in March.
He says even if you aren’t initially seeing results, staying consistent until you do will pay off.
Just down the road at Macfit360’s western location, front desk employee Danielle Thompson says their membership started climbing in November.
