NASSAU, BAHAMAS – As investigators continue probing the second suspected drowning of a pre-teen boy in Yellow Elder in nearly 11 years, a Haitian community advocate is speaking out after police say no one has come forward to claim the child.

Kids were reportedly playing in the area Tuesday afternoon near the sports complex, when they discovered the boy’s lifeless body. The incident left residents shocked and saddened.
