Half-Brothers Face Serious Charges After Violent Night At Fox Hill Bar
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors say Miguel Fox tried to kill Darius Burnside on April 18 after a fight at the Swinger’s Bar in Fox Hill.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man is facing an attempted murder charge in the shooting of his half-brother.
Prosecutors say Miguel Fox tried to kill Darius Burnside on April 18.
The incident stems from a fight at the Swinger’s Bar in Fox Hill.
Fox didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge when he made his first court appearance before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.
The matter was adjourned to August 6 for the presentation of voluntary bill of indictment papers.
Bail was denied and Fox joins his sibling and alleged victim on remand.
Last month, Burnside was charged with the April 18 stabbing murder of Dereck Smith at the same bar on the same date.
