NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Our country’s swimming nationals was held a few weeks ago and swimmers were in and out of the pool for four straight days.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Our country’s swimming nationals was held a few weeks ago and swimmers were in and out of the pool for four straight days.
In just another few days some of those same swimmers will participate in The Bahamas Games. But what’s most important during their preparation and at a meet is physiotherapy.
Owner of Your Neighborhood Physio Elviann Pinder explains its importance.
She says hydration is also key.
And swimming in a climate like ours is challenging, especially during a meet.
