The theme for that night was a “Taste Of Paradise. “
Both local and international chefs provided guests with an assortment of tasty bites.
From Shake Shack, to P.O.W. and of course Silan, whose Head Chef Alon Shaya was the event host.
He tells me his love for The Bahamas exceeds his culinary experiences.
If you remember we confirmed this festival is inspired by both the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and New York Wine and Food Festival.
Attendees told me although they may be of the same family, this festival stands out.
