NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Bahamian creative is expanding her talent. She recently produced a commemorative booklet in honor of the country’s 50th anniversary. 

Meet Anne Marua, a Bahamian creative artist behind a commemorative booklet that focuses on all things Bahamian.

And what she’s done is pretty unique. She sifted through newspaper archives to gather information about the country’s history.

The book also displays the country’s currency. Maura says she put her heart and soul into the project.

Muara calls the response from the community phenomenal.
