IRAN – Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei responded on Wednesday to U.S. President Donald Trump’s call for the country to surrender, warning that any U.S. strike will have “serious irreparable consequences”.

His comments come after Trump called for Iran’s “unconditional surrender” amid conflict with Israel.
The conflict has seen intense Israeli airstrikes on targets across Iran and Israel for 6 days.
While Trump warned that U.S. patience is running out, he stated that there are no current plans to target Iran’s Supreme Leader.
