GAZA – Aid trucks headed for Gaza on Monday were blocked Israeli protesters. Its the latest in a series of incidents that have come despite a pledge from Israel to allow uninterrupted humanitarian supplies into war torn area.

Four protesters, including a minor, were arrested, according to a statement from lawyers representing the group.

Videos circulated on social media showed protesters throwing supplies from the trucks on to the ground, with the contents of opened cartons lying spilled across the road.

The protests come as international organizations have warned of a severe humanitarian crisis threatening a population of more than 2 million people.
