Italian Explosion: Search After Deadly Blast At Power Plant

ITALY – Four people were killed in an explosion at a hydroelectric power plant in northern Italy.

Four people were killed and 5 others were injured. They are all workers at the plant. While the number of missing persons was reported as 3.

The explosion occurred at a point below the water level of the plant, a fire broke out and firefighters had difficulty extinguishing the flames, especially on the 9th floor where the transformers are located.
