NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The rape case against a jet ski operator accuse of raping a Canadian tourist three years ago has been dropped.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The rape case against a jet ski operator accuse of raping a Canadian tourist three years ago has been dropped.
Cleveland Musgrove, 28, was charged with rape after the woman claimed he offered her a ride while at Cabbage Beach on June 12, 2019.
She alleged that Musgrove took her to Athol Island and raped her.
However, the case ended without going to trial after the prosecution presented a nolle murder prosequi today.
