NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has denied bail to a fisherman facing multiple charges stemming from a deadly shooting at his home.

Defense lawyers say Deleiko McPhee, otherwise known as Fire, was acting in self-defense when he tried to kill Jamal Forbes tried to kill Lubins Fenelus on April 28, 2024.

But prosecutors say the evidence doesn’t support this.

The incident happened at McPhee’s apartment in Royal Palm Estates that he shared with his girlfriend, radio personality and social media influencer Sherrelle Duncombe, also known as Roxxie Starr, and Jefferson Storr.

McPhee is charged with murder, attempted murder, possession of an unlicensed firearm, possession of ammunition and drug possession with intent to supply.

Police allegedly found 714 pounds of marijuana on the premises while investigating the shooting.

McPhee is charged along with Duncombe and Storr in relation to the drug discovery. His co-accused are free on bail.
